Having called Las Cruces home for many years and worked at the White Sands Missile Range, I've developed an intimate connection with this remarkable community and its breathtaking natural surroundings. Pricing will be provided at booking and depends on the season and local events. Cancellation and Refund Policy Majestic Sky Stays LLC has established a clear cancellation and refund policy for its vacation rental properties. Guests are required to request any cancellations at least three days, or seventy-two hours, prior to their scheduled arrival date. If a cancellation is made with sufficient notice, a refund will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined in the original booking. For cancellations made less than seventy-two hours before the scheduled arrival, a full refund will not be provided. Additionally, guests who do not show up for their reservation or cancel on the day of check-in are not eligible for any refund. Additional details, such as specific processing fees or exceptions, will be communicated at the time of booking. For reservations booked through third-party platforms, the cancellation and refund policies of those platforms will take precedence and apply accordingly.
